Allergy Information
 
We do not use any wheat products (including gluten-free oats)  or peanuts in our kitchen.
*Dairy Update Dec. 2025: 
Vegan/Dairy-free cakes now require request upon ordering: 
We will now be making our cakes DAIRY-FULL by default due to ongoing supply chain shortages with our favourite vegan butter, Earth Balance Soy Free.  We will continue to offer vegan & Dairy-Free cupcakes as often as possible however will no longer be our default product. Please ask if you require vegan or DF products! :) We appreciate your understanding! 

 
Although we do our best to avoid any cross-contamination while baking our goods, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination of the following items/allergens we do use in our baking:
- Milk/Butter

- Almonds/Tree Nuts
- Soy
- Sunflower/Flax/Sesame/Poppy Seeds
- Quinoa (organic)

- Coconut (organic)
-Potato

- Egg
- Corn
- Cocoa Bean
If you have severe allergy concerns of the above or other allergens not mentioned, or questions regarding any of our products, please contact us. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!
We offer espresso-based beverages with dairy. We offer oat or almond milk for dairy alternatives.
