We are Huntsville's only dedicated gluten-free (and dairy-free!) bakery and espresso bar. We are a small-batch-from-scratch shop offering a wonderful variety of breads, buns, savoury and sweet baked yummies. We have many egg-free/vegan items and even some specialty baked goods for paleo/keto diets.

Our espresso bar proudly serves Rufino Espresso beans with your choice of organic milk or almond or oat milk.

We are passionate about - and committed to - offering goodies that are delicious and healthy! We use organic ingredients as much as possible and we do not use GMO corn or soy ingredients in our products. Natural food colourings for cakes & cupcakes are available upon request!
